4th Corner has been contracted to supply grounds maintenance services at Yew Tree Farm since 2019. This involves maintaining the large open spaces, SUDs, and communal grounds around the housing estate.

As part of our service, we supply regular and detailed site reports which gives the property managers up-to-date information on the condition of the estate and grounds. Yew Tree Farm is a new estate and it had lost several of the trees planted by another contractor at the time of the build. 4th Corner Team Leaders reported these defects to the property manager so they could act.

4th Corner Soft Landscaping department quoted for the replacements to include Maple, Rowan, Lime, Crab Apple, and Birch trees. We planted them at Yew Tree Farm in January 2022.
