4th Corner met with A C Lloyd homes, who asked us to design and build the show home garden at their new housing development in Radford Semele, Warwickshire. The village is situated close to Leamington Spa and the site has 65 new housing units.
4th Corner Soft Landscaping team was asked to design a small play area for a family with young children in Warwickshire. Our Head of soft Landscaping met with the A C Lloyd Sales Manager to discuss the brief. 4th Corner produced design ideas with a mood board of all the materials and plants to be used. They loved the idea of splitting the garden up for the children and for a relaxing adult area.
The agreed design was to include a climbing frame and slide, a raised border full off herbs to be used for cooking near a pergola with seating for the adults to enjoy, as well as bird boxes and bug houses for the children to get involved with nature. It was a successful build and only took the team one week to complete, all the materials that they used were locally sourced. 4th Corner were then asked to maintain
the gardens by the Grounds maintenance department until the sales plot was occupied by its’ new family.
