Julian set up 4th Corner in September 2003. No longer out on the tools, his main roles include company strategy, financial planning, commercial tenders, and leadership training. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his three daughters who keep him on his toes! He plays cricket and tennis, and his newest hobby is kayaking in the Hebrides.

Amanda is a Director of 4th Corner and has been with the business since its beginning in 2003. Amanda has worked predominantly as our QMSR running both our Quality Management System ISO9001 and Environmental Management System 14001. Consistent oversite and auditing of our systems and working practices ensures that our customer expectations and requirements are at the forefront of everything we do. Our environmental performance is driven by our commitment to the ISO14001, and a desire to provide innovative biodiverse landscape solutions.

In her role as Business Manager, Rosemary is committed to bridging the gap between the operational aspects of the company and the overall strategic vision of our managing directors. She serves as a key liaison for communication and collaboration, guiding our teams toward success. Outside of work, Rosemary loves to explore new destinations and go to the theatre.

Graeme started working in the grounds maintenance industry when he was eighteen, and has been with 4th Corner for ten years. Not one to be sitting in an office, Graeme loves being outdoors and gives 100% to his work. He is a huge Manchester United fan, never missing a game and traveling to see them play every season. He also loves going away with his new puppy, Wilson.

Giorgo joined 4th Corner as an apprentice in 2012 and has progressed to become our Head of Soft Landscaping Schemes after completing his NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Horticulture. He is responsible for all soft landscaping contracts and takes pride in passing on his knowledge to the rest of his team to ensure that our clients receive the best service. 

In 2019, Giorgo won the Pro Landscaper 30-under-30 award, alongside a silver award at BBC Gardeners World in the same year. He enjoys spending the weekends with his dogs Elsie and Zuri, who regularly compete across the UK with their flyball team.

With a background in hotels and catering, Nick started at 4th Corner in June 2021 after deciding on a career change during the Covid-19 pandemic. He loved working outside with a great bunch of guys, and worked his way up to a Senior Team Leader, overseeing the 184 Orbit sites that we have looked after since 2022. He has recently been appointed Soft Landscaping Operational Leader, and confidently offers support and knowledge to our teams. In his spare time, he is a keen photographer and gardener, and enjoys eating out at new restaurants.

Adam started working for 4th Corner in 2014 and was initially working with our grounds maintenance team on our Places for People contract in Milton Keynes. Since then, he has progressed to a Senior Team Leader and developed many skills along the way. He now manages his own department for our five-year Banbury Town Council contract and is one of our Depot Managers.

Donella joined 4th Corner in 2022 after working in education for the past 20 years. She is responsible for processing recruitment requests from all three departments and organising staff training. Outside of work, Donella enjoys swimming, walking her two dogs, and singing in a duo called ‘The Two of Us’ with her friend Nigel – plus her three grandchildren help to keep her busy!

Bethany has recently joined our team, and runs all our social media accounts, keeps our website up to date with news and case studies, and writes our quarterly newsletters. She has an English literature degree and loves to read, as well as taking her dogs Flora and Winston for long walks in the countryside.

Matthew joined 4th Corner as an apprentice at Pershore College after leaving school. Upon completion of his apprenticeship, he became a skilled operative, and is now one of our Senior Team Leaders. He is passionate about making a difference to the landscapes around us and maintaining them so that our clients can enjoy them for years to come. In his spare time, he enjoys taking his vintage tractors and classic American pick-up truck to shows and events.

Craig started working with 4th Corner in April 2020 with little experience of grounds maintenance. He has worked his way up to a Senior Team Leader and is also our Depot Supervisor. He is particularly proud of the training he has received while working for us, including his chainsaw and pole saw licenses. In his free time, he enjoys tending to his grandad’s allotment, investing in cryptocurrency, and is a big supporter of Liverpool FC.

Louise has recently joined our team, and runs the customer service desk. She loves to spend her spare time with her family, walking her two dogs, and also enjoys gardening, cooking and socialising with friends.
