You will be part of a friendly and experienced team and have the opportunity to build a rewarding career in Horticulture. The successful applicant will work under our Head of Soft Landscaping with the aim of quickly progressing to be an onsite leader. You will join a small team operating as a mobile unit planting trees, shrubs and laying turf across our operational area. You may also be required to help deliver a range other landscaping services to our customers.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated and energetic. We provide full training on the job, A driving licence is essential.
Further horticultural knowledge and training is provided through external training providers and the certified 4th Corner in-house training programme.
Training for a 4th Corner Operative includes;
• Safe use of horticultural machinery and equipment
• Horticultural Knowledge
• First Aid Training
• ROLO Health and Safety
• Practical Horticultural Skills Training
• Plant Identification
