Soft Landscaping: Hard to Find Farm, High Wycombe

The Soft Landscaping team at 4th Corner completed works at Hard to Find Farm in October.

We began working on the project at the beginning of September alongside Oxford-based construction firm, Kingerlee.

About Hard to Find Farm

Located in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, the project consists of the conversion of five Grade II Listed barns to form two dwellings, office spaces and a flexible business units, together with associated internal access arrangements, parking and landscaping. The development has adapted and repaired the existing buildings in line with Historic England‘s guidance to ensure that the structure and historic characters of the buildings are preserved.

4th Corner have planted new seeded amenity grass and wildflower lawns, as well as hedges and shrubs surrounding the building. We have also maintained the existing trees, hedges and shrubs throughout the development.

Upon completion, we now begin our monthly maintenance programme at Hard to Find Farm. For the next 12 months, 4th Corner will be responsible for completing maintenance works, including reseeding areas where the grass seed hasn’t taken and cutting the grass, to ensure that the planting remains in good condition.
