As of March 2023, 4th Corner have been contracted to supply grounds maintenance services for The Pavilions in Bodicote, a new David Wilson Homes site managed by TrustGreen, for the next 12 months.
4th Corner have previously worked with Jack Parker, the Southeast Regional Estates Manager for TrustGreen, on a site in Chinnor last season.
We are based only minutes away from Bodicote in Banbury, which helps to keep our carbon footprint low whilst working on this site. This supports Trust Green’s mission to build thriving communities and thriving environments.
They aim to achieve Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) on all of their managed sites, and are already a carbon neutral organisation, having won a prestigious International Green Apple Environment Award in 2022 for their nature-first approach.

The first cut of the season at The Pavilions needed to be completed on a dry day, as some areas of grass had been left longer than others. Graeme, our Head of Operations, and Matthew, a Senior Team Leader, both from our grounds maintenance team, got to work on a rare sunny day in April to complete the works.
Over the summer, our responsibilities on this site will include cutting the lawns in the public open spaces. Later in the season, once the birds have finished nesting, we will also be responsible for cutting down hedges.
While we currently only manage a small number of areas on The Pavilions, we hope to be able to expand and quote for more areas as the landscaping works are finished.
