4th Corner Win New Contract for Hard to Find Farm

4th Corner have won a new contract at Hard to Find Farm in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire for Kingerlee construction company, with landscaping works due to commence in September.

The extensive barn conversion began at the start of the year, renovating the Grade II listed farmhouse dating back to the early 20th century into new residential and commercial letting units.

Head of Sales and Project Planning, Giorgo Daniel, and Soft Landscaping Operations Leader, Nick Oliver, visited the site on Monday 14th August to assess the site. The construction works are coming along well, and strong management from Kingerlee should ensure that our start date in September goes ahead.

Nick met with Site Manager, Neville, to discuss the programme of works, including planting new seeded amenity grass and wildflower lawns, and hedges and shrubs surrounding the building. We will also be maintaining existing trees, hedges and shrubs throughout the development.

We are looking forward to getting started on this project next month, and are thrilled to be maintaining the grounds for 12 months following completion on the site to keep the grounds looking their best!
