4th Corner were contacted in early May by the sales team at Guinness Homes and asked to set out a proposal to enhance the sales area at Gloucester Docks – The Waterfront, a prestigious new development of apartments in the heart of Gloucester.
After careful consideration of the location and site conditions our Soft Landscaping design team presented the Guinness Sales Team with a detailed design and planting plan which was very well received, and we were appointed to out the work.
Planting included Buxus Sempervirens hedging and ornamental grasses which create boundaries and movement in the planting and reflect the waterside nature of the development. Crocosmia is added as pockets of colour and bedding plants around the Guinness signs help catch the public eye.
All the works at Gloucester Docks have now been successfully completed.
